A Night of Vision, Alignment, and Stepping into the Future Self
Organized by ExponentialHER Global and ZIIBAAH Global

On the 8th of November 2025, the London Marriott Maida Vale set the stage for an unforgettable evening centered on vision, growth, and transformation. The room, bathed in a sophisticated white and gold glow, offered an atmosphere that was both cozy and regal—a space thoughtfully designed to inspire guests to embrace the future they envision for themselves. The evening commenced with a powerful opening address from our host, Mrs. Anne Ekwueme, who is the Founder and Creative Director of ZIIBAAH Global as well as the Founder and Lead Consultant of ExponentialHER Global. Her welcoming speech set a soul-stirring invitation for every guest to settle into the room with confidence, ensuring they felt comfortable, seen, and ready to embrace a true shift in identity.

This landmark event served as the official launch of ZIIBAAH UK, marking a historic collaboration between the two brands founded by Mrs. Anne. While ZIIBAAH Global is dedicated to “dressing the outer woman” through bold fashion statements, ExponentialHER Global focuses on “dressing the inner woman,” bringing her soul and spirit into alignment with her grandest purpose. A pivotal highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the Khayil Collection. Mrs. Anne revealed the deep spiritual intentionality behind these designs, explaining that “Khayil” is a Hebrew word for “Virtuous” that encompasses wisdom, wealth, courage, and military prowess—the true embodiment of the Proverbs 31 woman.

The evening continued with wisdom from seasoned leaders who provided the blueprints for the visions being celebrated. Mrs. Bukky Ayoade, founder of Vibrant Mid Life Practice CIC, reminded us that self-care and wholeness are the foundations of all achievement. Mrs. Bolaji Sofoluwe, Managing Director of ETK Group Limited, challenged us to build the internal and external structures necessary to live out our visions. Adding to this depth, Mrs. Ngozi Orji shared a moving journey of thriving beyond ADHD, empowering everyone to see their personal struggles as the source of strength that qualifies them for leadership.

The spiritual and emotional crescendo of the night was the Mirror Exercise, led by Mrs. Anne. Each guest received a powerful souvenir bag containing a hand mirror, a tiara, and a Star Award Plaque—a physical marker of future achievement. In a moment of profound stillness, guests were guided to look into their reflections and acknowledge the visionary within. As they placed the tiaras on their heads and held their plaques, it was a symbolic act of “flipping the table.” Looking into the mirror while wearing a crown and holding an award for their future success served as a deep psychological and spiritual anchor. It represented the moment of moving from a passive role into a position of ownership, stewardship, and authority, embracing the steps required to turn those future achievements into reality.

This transformation was celebrated with a beautifully curated meal, a representation of the excellence and intentionality we strive for in every area of life. As the night closed, the launch of ZIIBAAH UK and the Khayil Collection signaled a new chapter for our global community. At ExponentialHER Global, we believe that when the inner woman is aligned and the outer statement is bold, success is inevitable. We stepped into the room as seekers, and we left as our future selves.
